Wonky roof tiles new build

Hi,

We have exchanged on a new build which just had the roof tiled. There is a public path at the back of the property so I took a look and noticed a chipped roof tile, a loose roof tile and top tiles not level and flush to the chimney.
The scaffolding is being taken down but would have expected roofers to correct before finishing. Is this something the builder would put right or does it fall into NHBC tolerances, not complete yet but wanted your views on is this normal or a bad job?

record before the habitation is done

Expect nothing from them after it is yours.

NHBC standards are not the same as their warranty obligations, so expect nothing from them either.

You might find a delightful site agent who will be pleased to sort these things out....or not.

If not then tell whoever is your formal contact, in writing.

These look like vent tiles mate for soil stacks below.  Looks like a dry ridge system they used too so not unusual to make it flow away from the chimney.

Once a bit of rain has washed the crap away it probably won't look too bad.
