Had a concrete man ring me the other day about a farm job I asked for a quote for in April 2021. Politely informed him the work was finished. I asked him for a current price just in case I needed more. €4 per m3 increase for 35N since then. Hardly an extortionate price hike despite similar warnings of doomsday 12 months ago.
