Its a UK supplier, very reputable, I know them. They are switching to ACOND.

After-sales service, tech support and repair?

Panasonic are too well priced and recognised to convince me to go elsewhere.

Underwhelmed ( greatly ) by Mitsubishi and Samsung customer and tech support. Guys at Panasonic were a breath of fresh air, and conversant with cooling too.

I would be pretty happy with the service and support to be honest, I know the company.

i didn't go with hem in the end due to timing on the Rhi but they are a great company and did my solar pv

I got a quote, a good job I was sitting down. I’m sure r290 is good but not 2.5 times the price of r410 good…

I know, I’ve got a load in 47kg cylinders cluttering up the garden 😂
