AdamF Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 We're having a single course short rectangular brick wall laid in our garden to act as a flower bed. What would be a good type of top bed to finish off the wall (I think it might be called coping) and can anyone recommend where to buy it from in London? Thanks!
Dave Jones Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 roof tile, conc or slate, flat then a blue engineer on top ?
AdamF Posted November 18, 2021 Author Posted November 18, 2021 That sounds good - thanks! Is there any site that you'd recommend or links? And what's a blue engineer?
Dave Jones Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 blue engineers are carried by any builders merchant, just choose whatever tile they have in stock that takes your fancy. slates look good as well as conc pantiles. 1
Adsibob Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Try a company called London Stone. They do coping stones as well as loads of other stuff.
Onoff Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Cast your own? I've actually a bunch of plastic moulds here if any shapes take your fancy. Not sure if any are pitched like the one I cast though: 1
