Solar velux closing then opening slightly

Hi

I have 4 solar velux windows and all work fine apart from one which seems to close and then for some reason opens again very so slightly. The strange thing is that when it rains the sensor kicks in and then closes normally

 

i tried to upload a video but can’t get it to upload on here ?

Are these under warranty?

They use a piezo sensor that picks up the "noise" of rain drops hitting hit and sends a close signal.

 

(Mate got a major touch allowing his house to be used as a show home for them!)

Don’t thing it’s the magnet missing as it seems to close when raining but will have to check that out

Have you tried a reset - there is a small reset button (hole) in the battery box that needs to be pressed for 8 seconds to reset the window.

Yes - did a reset the other day but still same issue occurring.

Is this a trickle vent issue?
