You clearly need to bathe inside a dry suit to save water. A perfectly shaped bath 2mm deep.

Can any kitchen tap be adapted to do this, or do I need to buy a new tap?

You can buy screw on aerators which would fit any tap that had the correct size threaded nozzle. This one also has a flow restrictor built in. https://www.screwfix.com/p/strom-mini-flow-tap-flow-restrictor-aerator/6177r
marshian
Old topic but I got our water bill today and we used 97 Litres per person per day (70,500 litres per year) Previous years have been consistently around the 110 Litres per person per day The one outlier was 2021 when I'm pretty sure a leaking cistern (that I hadn't noticed) drove up the usage to 160 Litres per person per day
Kelvin
Some if the water usage is massive! We are on a private water supply. The pump tells me we are using 103l/person/day.
