Spot the difference....

Looking for PIR sheets and cant see any difference between IKO Enertherm, RECTICEL EUROTHANE GP, Celotex and Kingspan.  Apart from the price. IKO Enertherm seems significantly cheeper at about £55/ 1220x2440 sheet as opposed to £75/sheet for the others. 

 

Am I missing something?

No, I dont think so, check the insulation values, and coatings match what you need.  Recticel seems to be flavour of the month round this way due to availability.

I wouldn't expect much performance difference between makes, as long as its all foil covered PIR and same thickness.

I paid £49 per sheet for the Kingspan Thermaboard 120mm.

 

But, then again, I have spent £200k in the last 6 monts with the merch....

exc or inc VAT..?? Paid £39.20 exc a couple of weeks ago, Seconds & Co have it at £38 on offer currently.

That was inc VAT - good deal at Seconds! Bit of tape to cover any rips to the foil and job done!

That’s a great shout with seconds and co! Will definitely go for that. Need to do my garage too so that’ll be perfect!
