JB2020
I’ve just taken over a static caravan. The original stove has been removed and the flue pipe cut. I want to find a replacement adapter like that shown in the attached photos but am having difficulty, mainly because I don’t know what I’m searching for. So, if someone can tell me the name of the thing that would be incredibly helpful. Thank you. If you can tell me where to get the part I’d be even more grateful. ProDave
I don't recognise that fitting. Where does it go? Into the top of the stove? Perhaps start with pictures of what you have and what you are trying to join to what? e.g do you have the stove? What foes through the roof of the 'van at the moment etc? Declan52
You would be better using twin wall flue for the complete job.

PeterW
@JB2020 that is a 125mm to 8” twin wall adapter. You need one to match your stove pipe coming off the stove so need to know that first. Would recommend these guys https://www.chimsoc.co.uk/shop/Twin-Wall-Flue-125mm-Single-Wall-to-Twin-Wall-Adaptor.html#SID=
JB2020
Thanks all. I’ll check that supplier, Peter, thank you. Here are some more photos which I hope may help. The stove can take a 5 or 6 inch flue apparently. It is a Stovax 6. Edited December 20, 2020 by JB2020
ProDave
So you have a stub of 5" pipe hanging down from the ceiling fitting. You just need new 5" pipe with a female socket at the top and appropriate fitting to the stove at the bottom. And a trim panel to go on the ceiling. That ceiling hole should be enlarged, should be at least 50mm from the flue, perhaps more.

That’s not a 5” flue it’s an 8” twin wall so no clearance enlargement needed. the 5” stub can go straight to the stove. @JB2020 just get a length of 5” stove pipe and remember in the U.K. they all go inside top to bottom to stop condensate running out of the joints. Leave it at 5” as it will draw better on a short flue, you may need a damper though which you can get from Chimsoc If you need advice then give them a call as they are really helpful. Depends on the manufacturers instructions. My twin wall still demands to be 50mm from combustible materials even though it barely gets warm to the touch on the outside.
