Pocster Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 I had an issue with a tree. But I anticipated this before planning (no protection order). Next day tree had vanished! Neighbours complain (of course) and draw a picture of my plot and highlight 'non existent tree' - surely a contradiction in terms ! lol 2

Whilst it may not have been tall, it's possibly 20-30 years old and has been significantly pruned in the past - potentially pollarded. I would be pleased for that to be gone on clay too ..!

Check the innards: Sometimes things do happen for a reason....if this BC episode wouldn't have happened, my house would be sitting beside a highly dangerous tree!
