Thanks. I'm doing costings for our lender just now so a rough m2 would be good - going to go out for quotes later on the week but not sure how responsive these companies are. 

 

Also, how much negotiation can be had with the 'quality' suppliers? I know with your big standard double glazing companies you usually pay half or less of the original quote but presumably the margin for negotiating down is significantly smaller at this end if the market?

Current quotes are around 400/sqm, which looking back at this thread might be a bit high. That's for 15 windows, a sliding door and an entrance door. It took 1-2 weeks to get quotes in from asking.

 

As to negotiation, I can't tell yet, as we haven't tried. But given earlier comments it seems possible.
