For sending Invoices and Form - Do you put them all into one folder? Ring binder with individual poly pockets? Paper clip them all together? Separate folders? What's the best way to send them back? Thanks

For final draw. Does this sound correct? They are asking for architects certificate or professional consultant completion certificate. We built the house ourselves and the project wasn’t overseen by an architect (just building control and structural warranty provider) Thanks

Say you were in the opposite boat and you managed to complete your build, save for say completing a garage due to lack of funds and build cost increases etc. Would they hold your final retention even if you have completion certificate, as the property would have been originally valued with a garage? We find ourselves in this situation - however house prices have increased in the area such that the final value well exceeds the original ‘anticipated’ value the bank provided.

Thanks all. I am based in Bangor - we started on 2nd June and had hoped to be finished for Christmas but that looks less likely now given all that's going on. I would be delighted if we were able to complete by next March. I will try to upload some photos of our project soon!
