  1. hi, yes it seems that its on the borderline with regards to structure! im hoping that using a wooden engineered flooring over the top and not tiles will help. what size of pipe did you use? lots of systems with their own crates seem to use 12mm but ive heard 16mm is much better so considering doing that with 22mm screed
  2. Hi, Thank you for your reply. It's a suspended timer floor construction with joists at 600 topped with 18mm chipboard. There is 250 of rigid insulation between the joists.

  6. Which windows did you go for in the end Osmononame? I was looking at fitting aluminium windows in an extension in Aberdeen but wondered if there was advantages for going for composite instead. i need 3 rather large windows but they are to be fitted by the builder so i think that will rule out idealcombi
