Ran out of floor tiles ! apparently discontinued- can’t find anywhere ! (expletive deleted)

Can't tolerate the fan bearings grinding anymore. Called Vent Axia and luckily they have new fan motors in stock!! So ordered! Anyone swapped one before? Easy or PITA?

Yeah it’s not clear if anything is actually broken tbh . Though if I fiddle and (expletive deleted) it - it will . Tempted to buy a replacement cistern plate kit - need too see how much that stings me

Ok ! I give up ! SWMBO complained this was over running into the pan. I got this - I remember ! Turn the white plungers set the depth - no problem . After 20 minutes of swearing I give up . Either it’s too stiff and won’t plunge or enough but it over runs . There appears to be no happy medium . Notice the left plunger ( big poo one ) seems like it’s had to much beer and can’t get an erection , very limp

Not sure what you need a plumber for . But! Assuming it’s not gas I.e boiler install etc you can do it . I know you can . Because I did it . As mentioned hep2O is Lego for “ plumbers “ . I’d explain your exact issue / what you want done up here .You’ll get tons of help . Save you a fortune ! . Then when it leaks you can blame yourself but also fix it 😊

In all the movies I’ve watched it’s easy to find a good plumber . You must have long legs , tight short skirt , large breasts ( but covered ) and be in desperate need of plumbing …

lol ! Nearly shit myself . Decided to turn it on whilst holding the arm in the slot soots. It took the (expletive deleted)er ! if I just permanently turn off summer bypass then I need not care ? ( obviously at the moment can’t get arm to fix to panel )

Even taking the arm off the panel it won’t go in 🙄
