  1. Got ya ! . I’ll get the cuts around the flush pipe tight and neat
  2. Hmmmm working now . A less than perfect cut - but as below pan not an issue I assume . But how do you prevent the ‘over cut ‘ I.e you have to cut into the tile face further than you want . Cut from back side rather than face ??
  3. Argh tile cutter pump ain’t pumping !!!
  4. Then that’s sorted ! Let the tiling commence !!!! ?
  5. Dilemma ! As the most obvious visual thing with be the toilet flush decided to take the centre of that and work left and right . Means in the shower to the right Of the fitting there will be a 10cm wide cut . Bit narrow , but what else can I do ?!
  6. Hmmmm These wall tiles are 50cm x 20cm . I’m laying them long ways . So it’s hard not to get a slim bit at the bottom or the top . I reckon bottom would be about 10cm and so would top sliver . I’m probably over thinking this . Once mirror , sink , toilet , shower door in ( all on this wall ) probably won’t see hardly any tiling anyway !! ?
  7. Starting on this wall . Got a timber beam to hold first full bottom course of tiles. All seems level - might go a bit higher . Must avoid @Onoff ‘s rips on this facing wall at the top
  8. Brothers in arms
  9. There is zero play . Nothing moves or has a slight ‘wobble’ . It’s certainly built well . I have no excuses for poor tiling now except my lack of ability . So pretty much usual !
  10. Yeah these are just some old b & q cheapy tiles . Find out with ‘real’ tiles later
  11. Sample plunge cut - yes I know I’ve over cut just checking the plunge . So much less mess than with a normal wet saw !
  12. Placed pump face down Cuts seem good !!
  13. Yes ! About to get a test !!
  14. Lol “ transport in a van or SUV as it’s so large “ - or in my case a smart car ???
  15. Funnily enough half way through watching that as we speak !
  16. Just seems the holes are dead tiny . Any grit tile debris you can see blocking that easily !
  17. I checked various videos . There’s a clamp already on the blade so assume they are for a smaller blade . The pump confuses me - see photos ... The only holes appear to be those 2 tiny ones on the underside
  18. It’s a bloody beast !!! Some questions ! The pump unit does it really just sit in there ? some bits left over ... errrrm , they look important!!
  19. Hmmmmm , this could work well in the bedroom !
  20. Had to ... IMG_2010.MOV
  21. Yes . Tiling over it . Just following Nicks ct1 in there . Then ct1 ‘lip’ over it again .
  22. Ct1 again with up stand . Half a tube used Used clear but white would of been better as can actually see it . With a torch though I can see the ct1 shine so I know it’s in there !
  23. Still waiting for Scaff delivery Got d Icked about on winch from eBay seller so had to return it
