I was recommended this useful website below by an Architect friend and using it managed to do all my own Building Reg drawings + notes and then get them approved by my local Building Control.department.

Do they have details for high performance, e.g. windows boxed in insulation layer, or is it just bog standard stuff?

I am in two minds hence my question.

 

All i really need is the standard wording as i am happy working through the Regs themselves.

 

All structural and frame design will be provided by timber frame company so all i need are the standard wording and detail for council BC officer
