Can't find anything about the height of my Christmas tree above the top of the scaffolding...can I have IP69 lights like doing it and also flashing?

BC officer says if you ask me that again I'll come around there and fecking smash your head with hammers 

Now, I can cope with enthusiastic types but I think she has taken 'advice and guidance'  just a tad too far... should I complain to the ombudsmen or just, well, get the lights out annoy the feck out of the whole neighborhood?

I'm thinking Part X what the (&(*& is that?  Not something else I haven't heard of. 

 

Next to the M1 just north of Meadowhall there is a plant hire place that has a couple of cranes permanently onsite,  

 

Every Christmas for the past 30 years in my memory (maybe even 40)  They are wrapped with lights and Christmas trees from the beginning of November.  Now that we have lost the cooling towers these cranes are the way we know we are home.  ***even in winter

If she comes around to moan, bend the tree over, one up the jacksy, let go of the tree and bingo. Theres your xmas 'seasonal festive' fairy lol.

I'm sure it's against the law to mention Ch.....as before the beginning of December. If it isn't it should be.
