Ball park figure for a 3 brick high wall

Hi all - I need to budget for a perimeter wall 6m x 7m x 6m in length and 3 courses of brick high, in order for the Oak framed Carport to sit on. Any ideas what this is likely to cost?

I've accounted for the concrete slab but the walling has caught me out!

I am looking into a similar project, are you sure 3 bricks high is enough? Seven is the typical recommendation for timber garages.
