Flush external door thresholds

Starting to think about external door thresholds as hopefully (weather permitting) I'll be starting my walls next week. 

 

Am I right in saying that flush external door thresholds can only be done on sliding or external opening doors? Or am I missing something on a way to have external doors opening inwards with a flush threshold?

how flush do you need?

@Vijay I have Internorm front and back doors with  level threshold which are I think considered flush......the threshold rise is tiny a few mm. Both open inwards. I have level thresholds on the internorm sliders too.

sorry missed this.......pictures not the best, inside floors finished but outside still rubble and mud. hope you  get some idea. Those with antinox/rubber mat in pic are front door awaiting tiles outside, it will be just a few mm up from ground when finished for rain protection. the metal bar with black insert is the threshold itself. Next are sliders...ouside drainage being done it will be level with a tile when finished no step

My front door will be “ flush” and the B I told me 15mm max step is acceptable.
