Pocster Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Can't tolerate the fan bearings grinding anymore. Called Vent Axia and luckily they have new fan motors in stock!! So ordered! Anyone swapped one before? Easy or PITA?
Nestor Posted January 12 Posted January 12 (edited) This is for bearings but probably a step earlier. Edited January 12 by Nestor Got any glazing for sale?

Pocster Posted Monday at 14:28 Author Posted Monday at 14:28 New fan turned up . Easy enough to unscrew it but it won’t clear the panel and cabling goes into front “ somehow “ . I’m sure I’ve read that the entire section slides forwards somehow …. Anyway ; put it back together for now and emailed vent axia with “ what do I do now ? “

They promised me when I ordered the part that I could use technical support if I needed to, so....... hopefully..... 1
Pocster Posted Wednesday at 14:47 Author Posted Wednesday at 14:47 Well tbf after a few emails I think I know what I’m doing . Being honest there were only a few ways and 2 screws left to deal with . Prefer when manufacturer gives guidance rather than go in blind and rely on hope / luck . Will go for it in a few days .
Pocster Posted 20 hours ago Author Posted 20 hours ago Hmmmm - let’s make this as much as we can thought vent axia
