October 25, 2025Oct 25 It is possible. Happening to me at the moment, new red line to take into account land under my control for visibility splays. New notice posted with 21 day consultation. This was agreed after a constructive meeting with the planning officer.

We nearly did this a week ago, but couldn’t take up the offer as our architect couldn’t produce the drawings in time.

I've seen this more commonly with LPAs in the South East.
