Silicone Render Acceptable Skim Quality

We are have our EWI finished with 1.5mm silicone render and plan to iluminate the walls with up/down lights, so need a good surface finish.
Looking at the my plasterer's mesh and skim coat under makes me very worry that the finish will not be flat good.

I understand that there is still the top coat to go on, but given it is only a 1.5mm by understanding is that it will reflect the skim finish and therefore should be representative of the final result.

But I do't want to be over reacting, in the event that this is an acceptable skim coat finish that will still give a give finish.

IMHO that’s not good enough.

That looks rough to me. Have you seen other examples of their work? Is it possible your render will be finished with a scraped coat?

We had good renderers, but up or down lights are savage at showing up everything!!! Consider using then to light up plants or flower beds or the driveway instead IMO

It is hard to tell, but the base coat looks much too rough in parts for a 1.5 'gritty-coat' to 'hide'. The 'tramlines' simply should not be there. A little off-flat, maybe; tramlines, no. They should have been sponged out when the render was stiff but still 'moveable'. Of course we have not seen the whole surface but (assuming everything is now hard as a hard thing) the 'tramline bit' needs another coat, in my view.
