Hi gents

Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking for any info regarding merging the pitch roof on the left to the pitched above the flat roof. At the flat roof to pitch roof transition osb3 has been ran around 250mm up the pitch so the EPDM had a good surface to bond to.

Problems I see are above the flat roof will require a tilting fillet and also lining up the under eaves course. Does anyone have experience doing this job before?

I have experience completely re slating a small roof and am a pretty competent diyer

Any help would be appreciated

Slating from the bottom up is tricky.

Other than. Than I don't think it's much of an issue just to slate and batten and felt down over the edpm..

Would you treat the under eaves course above the flat roof as a normal under eaves course and just keep the slates in line with the existing slates on the left while maintaining the same headlap?

What are the bumps / blisters under the flat roof?

They are tubular/thermal fixings

Where is the water from the pitched part meant to go?  Is there a gutter / flashing or will it just run over the flat roof?

The water will just drain onto the flat roof

Tilt fillet or batten on edge for the eaves course which may need cutting.  The epdm will obvs tuck under the roof felt.  I don't know how you will fix the slates above.  Will you strip them and reinstate inc ridge tiles?  The slates look good.

What do you mean by the tilt fillet may need cutting? I have been thinking of maybe getting slate hooks for the slates above. Sorry for the delay, im working abroad
