New to the forum which looks like a wealth of knowledge we’ll be calling on. We’ve just completed on a building plot purchase in Moray, Scotland and starting the daunting task of a house build. No doubt we’ll come across various issues which you that have already trod the self build path may be able to advise on.

There are a few who have done what you are doing, definitely in Scotland. As some? rules are different in Scotland from England make sure you point this out when posting.
