Cost per square metre to include garage ?

Hi I’m getting quotes from builders,  My build has a large attached garage 7x7m.

 

this won’t need decorating etc? Will same cost implications apply? Or will the garage be at a reduced sq meterage cost?

Our garage per sqm is coming out roughly 1/3 of the estimated sqm price of house (not finished though so could go awry).

How are your quotes coming out?

For comparison. My detached 65m² metal insulated garage with electric door and a large double glazed window cost £276/m² including the foundation.

That’s a good price. Was this recent and a contractor price?

Just to add I put attic trusses in ours and cavity wall 10 meter x7.5 Slate roof and slab insulated and loo

Based on under a £1000 M2 for main house

Was 2 years ago. Supply and erect. I did the foundation which is also insulated.
