flanagaj Posted January 17 Posted January 17 So the public consultation period on our associated planning application expired on 7th Jan, but another NIMBY luddite on the lane submitted an objection today, and the council have uploaded it to the planning portal. Are they not in breach of their own regulation in allowing these submissions? I'm most likely going to end up with a restraining order, as I'm seething at these 🤬 for their objections.

flanagaj Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 Just now, nod said: I bet you are The clues in Period I’d be amazed if this is allowed You need to immediately Put an objection to the objection See if they put it on I was wondering whether this could be ammunition at appeal.
