Tim Pearson Posted Friday at 13:53 Share Posted Friday at 13:53 DHW working but not the heating 🥶 Anyone have this experience? Nice hot DHW but room stats calling for heating doesn’t trigger ASHP. The water is pumping around nicely so no manifold issues. recenty cleaned flow switch and filter due to CH14 error (sorted). Feels like the heating is “disabled”. Tim Pearson Posted Friday at 14:13 Author Share Posted Friday at 14:13 (edited) No,actual .,. on second thoughts, bottom left numbers are ASHP inlet/outlet, so top left room stats could be required temperature, which would explain why heating is not warming out at 13. but room stats are set at 19… Edited Friday at 14:41 by Tim Pearson More info

I checked my LG Therma V monobloc and that 13 deg C appears to just repeat the number for the outlet water temperature (which is lower than my outlet water temperature ever gets). This is probably because I use a third party room thermostat so my heat pump doesn't know what the target room temperature is. Does the screen show "Outdoor unit operation"? That should appear a few seconds after what you see in the photo. Are you sure your heat pump heats your hot water without using the immersion heater? ProDave Posted Friday at 22:25 Share Posted Friday at 22:25 Some context please. Is this a new system and you can't get it working, or an existing system that previously worked and has stopped heating the house? Have you changed ANYTHING at all? Is the water circulating pump running? It will show those flow and return temperatures even when the unit is idle. I can't be much specific help as mine is an older one with a different controller. But mine is set to heat under "room thermostat" control. How is yours set up and how do you normally regulate / time the heating?
