Dee Posted December 30, 2024 Share Posted December 30, 2024 Hi I noticed while unblocking a down pipe that a chunk of mortar had fallen out of the DPC line....(hence the mould and damp in the adjacent room) Is it a simple fix? The downpipe was solid moss on the same corner so water was spilling over to the ground and ingressing I think.....sound unlikely? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ProDave Posted December 31, 2024 Share Posted December 31, 2024 It sounds like the downpipe was leaking. Fix that and the damp will go away.
