Yes, that’s v sweet and it makes doing a single self build look easy by comparison. Wonder what happens if you find later that you don’t like your neighbours much?

Why wait, just assume they are tossers and design it all accordingly.

Now that would be a challenge to an Architect.

High fences make for good neighbours.
