Alwayslearning22
Hey folks I had a Upvc door replaced as it was “bowed” and wasn’t compressing against the frame enough to seal it. I’ve just noticed my new door has exactly the same issue as the old door. I’m wondering now is it a fitting issue instead of a faulty door. It’s tight at the top and bottom but not in the middle. I’ve cam rollers adjusted fully tight but the new door still isint compressing tight enough. I find it odd that the new door has an identical problem to the old one. Anyone know if this is an easy fix? p
ProDave
Are you sure it is not the frame that is bowed?
Alwayslearning22
I don’t have a long enough level to check it. Is it possible that a new door frame is bowed? Would it be caused by poor fitting? thanks
