Dave Jones Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago get the roll of electric cable before you dig and lay it as you go. if you have bends it will 100% snag in that horrible felxi duct. Otherwise use sewer pipe instead of the flexi and it will be a breeze to pull through.

I was told our electric co was fussy about ducts and it had to be a smooth bore solid wall pipe printed with some standard on the outside (at least for the bit from road to house).

Mine certainly was - I had to search hard to find the larger duct for their three phase cable as only a few places kept it in stock
