vik2001 Posted June 25 Share Posted June 25 I'm looking to sell house to a devloper, a uncompleted project. He noticed from plans the neigbiurs fence is encroaching into my property. Neighbour won't move it or change it. So can house still be sold if boundaries are not correct according to title plans etc... Devloper still wants to buy it but doesn't make clear what he expects me to do. So what are my options, as I don't want this to drag out and get into a dispute etc with neighbours especially if I continue to live there.. Alan Ambrose Posted June 25 Share Posted June 25 Ah boundaries are complicated - read some of the old threads here. The Land Registry plans are not definitive. It could be that your neighbour is right unless you have other evidence. Temp Posted June 25 Share Posted June 25 Have you actually checked the plans yourself? Perhaps he's just after a reduction in asking price.
