valmet10 Posted June 12, 2016 Share Posted June 12, 2016 I'm from west yorks, and hoping to convert a barn on my farm using permitted development, it's single story 60x17, think it's going to be self build timber framed and clad in box profile sheets. Just make sure you understand all the caveats to the PD and ensure you present your barn correctly. I've seen a barn get refused just because it had been used to store logs for the house log burner and was therefore not solely used for Agriculture. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
