Rough price for silicone rendering double garage

Hi

 

We are about to get some quotes for rendering (silicone render TC15 Krend or similar) our double garage. Can anyone tell me what sort of price I should be looking at please. They will be supplying materials too. 

 

It's just a block garage, no external insulation.

@nod will come along and give you a good estimate of costs, though expect quotes you receive to be 1.5 - 2 times the amount!

No, it's just block we will need the base coat, mesh etc

Can you post 2 pics? If it has you standing beside each of 2 elevations with a yard- (metre?-) stick all the better.🙂

No need for mesh on low suction block (Concrete ) 

Rate for a full house 

DG normally 60m2

You will pay a premium for it being a small job I would guess they will just round the days up Ie Charge you For three full days

How does this sound?

 

Garage 

2.1x2 = 4.2

2.1x2= 4.2

6.7x2.1= 14.07

2.3x6.7= 15.41

6.7x2.1= 14.07

Total = 51.95m2 

 

Base with mesh, secondary base, prime and thin top coat with 1.5mm silicone 

 in white. 

 

£60 x 52 = £3120 Plus Vat

how many coats do you need with k rend acrylic 

I ask cos i was suprised when they did 3 coats+ bond coat   on my covered car porch/arch way through to rear of house  

base was cement borad on ceiling and one side and block on other 

and took alot of time to do  as coats looked very thin 

trowelling it on ,then rubbing it up after it stood for some time
