Extending driveway

Hi,

I'd be interested to know how you all would widen this drive way, so cars can be parked side by side rather than blocking eachother in one in front of the other.

 

I'd love to see your ideas

I would use gravel because it is permeable* and less harsh than hard materials. I'd also use gravel grid to keep it in place, despite the cost.

 

That also deals with the drainage requirements that were rightly imposed fairly recently.

Without knowing the actual measurements of the area.. This is the best I could do.

Gravel strip to the right up to your bin store. I would be tempted to build a car port in that area.
