lpear
Hello there, does anyone know of any composite door manufacturers who do a door which has a smooth finish rather than a wood grain finish? I have found a few online but it doesn't state the manufacturer. Thanks in advance.

I found the blog post but can't seem to find the actual doors, it only gives a wood grain option for all doors on their designer. I've emailed them to ask.
lpear
Just reporting back. Solidor have confirmed they don't do a smooth door. I've found that Apeer do a range of smooth doors.

Build-H
A company called Entrance CDS in Nottingham do smooth finish doors. Comp door now also does smooth skins on a selected number of designs. Does anyone know of any manufacturers who also make the frames for their doors? Many of them buy in the frames so i’ve been told that the colour and texture is never an exact match and is visible more on some colours, for that reason most retailers recommend a white frame. Thanks, is Norrsken a wooden / composite door? Kind of concerned about the maintenance requirements for a wooden door. Currently, looking at Apeer, although the paint work and finish on their traditional doors seem better than the contemporary stuff - maybe it’s the panels they use, and local retailers want £3 to £4k. Russell griffiths
a very dirty norrsken door, it is timber, they do do aluminium clad timber as well. I think that was £1800 with the sidelight. Edited October 22 by Russell griffiths
