IanR Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 (edited) Is anyone using, or has looked into, 1Home for Loxone integration? https://www.1home.io/how-it-works/google-loxone The price put me off previously, but they've got a new bridge coming out and are offering pre-orders at a better price. I'm probably going to give it a go, but one graphic has me a little concerned: The "via Cloud" comment for Google Home integration. I can't find what that relates to. It doesn't look like it's a subscription, but still concerning if it could be switched off in a couple of years. Maybe it's just that it uses Google speech to text cloud service for interpreting commands. Edited September 2, 2023 by IanR
IanR Posted August 3, 2024 Author Posted August 3, 2024 I didn't. Dithered too long and the introductory price went away. Not sure it represents good value now.
freshy Posted August 13, 2024 Posted August 13, 2024 I have one, hopefully will be connecting it up soon.
Kelvin Posted August 13, 2024 Posted August 13, 2024 Be interested to hear what you think. It looks a bit too beta for me at the moment. I have a number of legacy HA devices from a previous house install that this would allow me to use.

Ianh Posted June 18 Posted June 18 I have installed one in my system and configured it but to be honest don't use it much. Loxone does a lot using presence and touch switches. 1Home has discovered all of the devices and it works very well with lighting. It does not seem to understand shading and certianly not connecting to Loxone Audio. I think its good to have it just in case I want to add some MATTER devies but so far I have not needed to do so. I will do some more experiments, they do seem to continue to add more fucntionality but very much focused on KNX rather than LOXONE.
