1Home Bridge for Loxone voice control via Google Home (or Alexa, Apple Home...)

Is anyone using, or has looked into, 1Home for Loxone integration?

The price put me off previously, but they've got a new bridge coming out and are offering pre-orders at a better price.

I'm probably going to give it a go, but one graphic has me a little concerned:

The "via Cloud" comment for Google Home integration. I can't find what that relates to. It doesn't look like it's a subscription, but still concerning if it could be switched off in a couple of years. Maybe it's just that it uses Google speech to text cloud service for interpreting commands.

I didn't. Dithered too long and the introductory price went away. Not sure it represents good value now.

Be interested to hear what you think. It looks a bit too beta for me at the moment. I have a number of legacy HA devices from a previous house install that this would allow me to use.

your thoughts?

I have installed one in my system and configured it but to be honest don't use it much. Loxone does a lot using presence and touch switches. 1Home has discovered all of the devices and it works very well with lighting. It does not seem to understand shading and certianly not connecting to Loxone Audio. I think its good to have it just in case I want to add some MATTER devies but so far I have not needed to do so. I will do some more experiments, they do seem to continue to add more fucntionality but very much focused on KNX rather than LOXONE.
