Which shelf brackets for fixing directly in MF?

What design of shelf brackets to use with MF walls, presumably fixing directly into the C-studs in the MF wall through the plasterboard?

 

@nod and others who have MF walls, what have you used?

 

I am think ahead. I am just building an alcove in MF that will be ideal for some 1200 x 300 mm shelves.

Either that, or use a high-strength plasterboard - I'm currently using GypsoLignum.

 

If you have only plasterboard, then I've found Fischer DuoTec nylon toggles to be good.
