GrantMcscott Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Hi I am using British Larch Cladding and would like to try and keep the redness of it. What can I use to treat it that will enhance the colout and make it glossy looking? thanks
JohnMo Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Rye oils - ceder oil also called decking oil. Goes on easy, goes a long way, mine is still red 2.5 summers later; after only a single coat. Also very cheap, compared to other named brands

Kelvin Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Ours, in this variegated golden colour looks phenomenal. Orange I’m not keen on. Unfortunately we’ve treated it so that it will silver to driftwood. I may have made a mistake!
