However I am sure I stumbled across a thread on here a few weeks ago suggesting grid improvements would be free of charge as people move to bugger renewable and home charging. I can't find the thread though, and check if I'm eligible and could potentially save some money. Am I going mad, or does anyone know if a thread like this?..
