Cracking along mortar line and through brick. Advice requires.

Hello,
We have had an offer accepted on this property and will be conducting some renovations when we complete. On second viewing we noticed a few areas that had been re-pointed and some minor cracking on one of the corners of the property. These are only hairline cracks, one follows the mortar line and through a brick. I do have some pictures which I have attached. This also ties in with some historic damp on the other side of the wall, which doesn't seem wet now but clearly was at some point in time (maybe just condensation).

There are also some other areas that have been repointed at some point in the past as they stand out, just wondering if this looks alarming in any way. The most serious cracking is coming from the bottom sill of the bedroom.

Would you be worried or going and spending money on a structural survey? I think its highly likely this will be rendered or wood clad when finished so wont be seen. I couldn't see any evidence of cracking on the inside, although this was wall papered.

Couldn’t attach all photos so they are here https://imgur.com/a/VDW4LB7

Thanks for the advice in advance!

Yes a little. The crack below the window has already been filled by the look of it, but has continued to grow.

We can't see the context to see if this has been the house settling in  or something more concerning.

I think have an SE look at it. In the first instance this could be a verbal opinion to put your mind at rest or suggest there may be problems.

I lived in a house that subsidence - built on clay. It did my head in and sold it a few years later. Every winter thr cracks would open up and then close over the summer.

not saying it is that, but where there’s smoke…
