eandg
Looking at programming/trades availability and it would work out best for us to sheet on the ground floor in advance of getting screed poured (would be looking at c.20mm between bottom of plasterboard and top of screed but could cut boards shorter if required). Is this a bad idea?
Mr Punter
Sounds fine to me.
Conor
We did all our boarding before screed. Normal. You board right down the the floor slab, don't trim.
nod
Normal to screed first But if you are boarding first remember to add some ply rips 25 mil above dpc to any stud walls

It's a sips kit with the load bearing ground floor walls already in and sheathed/will be in advance of screed. Thanks. Thanks @Conor @Mr Punter

Thanks @Conor @Mr Punter If you plastered first and don’t keep it above the screed The plasterboard will act like a sponge and suck all the moister into your plasterboard
