RobLe
Apols, yes, capacitors. V acrms means it’s a root-mean-square-voltage measurement of an alternating current signal. It’s volts not amps we’re measuring, just the AC is how we describe the waveform (weirdly). Certainly our house sees very high voltages when it’s a sunny day. There’s a few houses round here exporting, and all that export increases the grid voltage.
Marvin Posted Wednesday at 11:36 Share Posted Wednesday at 11:36 Solic immersion Heater controller Model AF2.1 fixed following following @eugen's advice. Replaced C1 capacitor that cost about 60p and saved at least £150 by not replacing it. If anyone has a picture of the insides of the Solic 200 wired controller please would you upload. I think it will be basically the same as the Solic AF2.1. I will put the method of replacing the C1 capacitor with pictures, in a blog in the next few weeks.
