Run up to Christmas Hate it

To cold to render for the last two weeks 

We have four houses to render before Thursday lunchtime So that the builder can hand them over on Friday 

I just don’t get it 

It’s every year 

Then quiet in January 

The render will be done But the houses soffits windows gardens won’t be clean 

I think I’d rather wait till after Christmas

Hand them to who?  Not the new owners to move in I hope?

 

Agrees all trades are busy in the run up to Christmas, then in January you think your phone is broken because it never rings

Just had a Chinese takeaway with my mother, who knows what was in it. Pat Eddery lived nearby, so they are probably still clearing out the stables.

Yes Dave 

The new owners 

We cover everything up and clean off 

But not to the standard you would expect on a new home 

Normally a cleaning company will clean everything a week or so after we have finished 

Plus the render needs to harden up
