gravelrash
Just had a preliminary air test on masonry new build flat roof bungalow before I start plaster boarding...Is 1.03 airtightness and 1.3 ACH good at this point? Is it financially worth pursuing lower?
Kelvin
That’s good. Any obvious holes to fill in?
gravelrash
a few small areas around box lintel welds and around large bifold threshold which will be foamed and tiled over, walls have had a single coat of cement slurry...so probably better when boarded and plastered Edited November 24, 2022 by gravelrash

Sounds pdg* to me 👍🏼 The additional points you mention are worth addressing if simple to do and not expensive, but otherwise you should be chuffed with those numbers. * pretty darned good. gravelrash
test guy was pretty shocked at result...he said he normally has to do a second preliminary as most are pretty poor when masonry and even then 2ish is best he has got
