Anyone no what the joiners square meter prices are for a new build wind watertight stage ,roughing ? Finishing ?

You couldn’t say without detailed drawing

It took me two days to get a 10x7 attic trusses roof ready for slating 

and three weeks to get the main house roof to the same stage 

depends how complex it is

Still far too many variables, site location, access, what’s around, working hours, time of year etc etc. then you start on complexity of the structure itself.

Yeah easy access to site to bungalow working 40hours standered roof truss osb upvc facia soffit

Better to price by day rate, it's about £200 a day here for most trades.

Can’t you send the drawings to some local contractors to get a feel for the price and availability?
