Got it ages ago for the bathroom . No packaging . Think it’s called delta board . No idea of spec - but if sold for bathrooms assume not rated for frost proof . Best not use ? . It’s outside but below ground ; so frost much less of an issue . Or just use some osb ?

The backer will be ok 

But you will need to PU glue ALL edges and trim back the following day
