Canski Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 I had this from my SAP assessor today. Why oh why does nothing ever go to plan in this country. ‘A little note of warning on timescales – there have been a large amount of problems with the new software developed for assessing the new building regs. This means that as present there is not a working version in the UK. Hopefully that changes very soon and won’t affect your project but just as a heads up in case it does. All assessors are in the same position and all we can do is wait for updates to be made before proceeding further with projects that are affected.’ One hold up after another for me.
ProDave Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Why don't "they" just say that until the new version actually works, just carry on using the old version? That's like Microsoft saying we have updated W11 and it does not work. Please be patient until we make it work, but in the mean time you can't go back to the old version. 1
ADLIan Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Problem has been for the software developers getting their results to agree with all the BRE test cases. Elmhurst software just received approval at end of last week. 1
