Septic tank nightmare

Hi, I'm living in a septic tank hell. The last year has been totally dedicated to drains due to a neighbours fast and loose association with the truth. 

It very long and complicated and keeping up with the lies has been a full time job. No intention of posting the whole saga here as its heading to court, but there are some technical aspects I need help with.
