I have split a corner plot in Hertfordshire.

 

The current plot has a three bedroom detached property. The new plot will have a two bedroom chalet bungalow. 

 

This is my first build.

Used to live I. Herts, there are some nice parts.

Who knows, train line to London was good, M25 was nearby.

Could get to shops in Hemel, Watford and Hatfield fairly quickly.

Canal was nice.

Not so keen on Borehamwood and South Oxhey.

In my youth it was only 3 1/4 hours from decent surfing.

Better surfing is now only 10 minutes away, but I am not youthful anymore.

Thanks fella, took a lot of effort to get the planning permission. So not quite a free plot, but understand what you mean.

Aye the canal is beautiful.

The Natural History Museum is good, they have stuffed pets there.

Not far from the Red Lion at Marsworth and Ivinghoe Beacon where there really are wild wallabies.
