IronMike Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 I have split a corner plot in Hertfordshire. The current plot has a three bedroom detached property. The new plot will have a two bedroom chalet bungalow. This is my first build. 4

Could get to shops in Hemel, Watford and Hatfield fairly quickly. Canal was nice. Not so keen on Borehamwood and South Oxhey. In my youth it was only 3 1/4 hours from decent surfing. Better surfing is now only 10 minutes away, but I am not youthful anymore. Edited May 25, 2022 by SteamyTea
Russell griffiths Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Well you have started with a more or less free plot, so winner winner chicken dinner.

Thanks fella, took a lot of effort to get the planning permission. So not quite a free plot, but understand what you mean. Looking forward to getting it completed.
