Moonshine
On landings is it typical when installing caberdek to fit to the joist edge or to over shoot by a little way, Below in the red balloon is 'joist bridge' landing across an atrium. Should the Caberdek be fitted flush to the joists or over shoot a bit for a banister / balustrade? This landing is the type of look i am after for the landing below is a 3D render of the stars and the area that is being boarded Edited April 6 by Moonshine
Bonner
My floor has been installed overhanging the joists but it doesn’t look finished (not straight). Not sure how the builder is going to finish it, or he is leaving for the stairs supplier to advise.
DragsterDriver
Probably cut it off later.
PeterW
Over sail by about 100mm then cut back when the balaustrade position has been marked.
